When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider, never stored by us directly) in order to deliver your guide and send order confirmation. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address only.
We use your details to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries sent through our Contact page, and, if you've opted in, send our occasional newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
This site is partly supported by advertising. Where ads appear, our advertising partners may use cookies and similar technology to serve ads and measure their performance; see our Cookie Notice for details, including how consent is handled. Advertising does not give us or our partners access to your payment details, and we do not share the personal data described above with advertisers.
Payments are handled entirely by PayPal. Card details are entered only inside PayPal's own secure window and go straight to PayPal, they never pass through, and are never seen or stored by, this website, our servers, or our database. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, along with your name and email for your receipt and account. We never store your card number, expiry, or security code.
We keep order records for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email or by writing to us directly. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
This site is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Some of our service providers (payment processing, advertising, and hosting) may process data outside your home country. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards and standard contractual protections for cross-border transfers.
